The Service is intended for users who want to connect their own Pinterest account to manage and/or publish Pins (for example through automation in n8n). The Service is not intended for children under 16.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
A. Data you provide
Contact information (e.g., email address) when you contact us for support or inquiries.
B. Data received from Pinterest (with your permission)
When you connect Pinterest through OAuth, we may receive (depending on granted API scopes):
Basic account information (e.g., account ID)
Board information (e.g., board IDs)
Pin-related metadata that you create or manage (e.g., title, description, destination URL, selected board)
Authorization data: OAuth access tokens and, if applicable, refresh tokens
Important: We do not ask for or store your Pinterest password.
C. Technical data
IP address (may appear in server logs)
Log data (timestamps, error messages, request IDs) for security and troubleshooting

Create/publish Pins, retrieve boards, and perform other actions you explicitly configure or initiate

Debugging, performance monitoring, and improving reliability

5. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases:
Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): to provide the Service and perform requested actions (e.g., publishing Pins)
Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): to secure, maintain, and improve the Service and prevent abuse
Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): for connecting your Pinterest account via OAuth and the scopes you explicitly approve. You may withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting the integration (see Section 9).
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary:
OAuth tokens: stored only while the connection is active and required for the Service, or until you revoke/disable the connection.
Logs: retained for up to [30] days, unless a longer period is required for security investigations or legal obligations.
Support communications: kept as long as needed to resolve your request and then for up to [X] months for quality and record-keeping purposes.
7. Sharing of data
We share personal data only when necessary:
Pinterest: to perform the actions you request through the Pinterest API.
Service providers (processors) (e.g., hosting, logging, email provider): only to operate the Service and under appropriate data processing terms where required.
We do not sell your personal data.
8. International transfers
Pinterest and/or some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other valid transfer mechanisms.

Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal)

10. Disconnecting Pinterest (OAuth)
You can revoke access at any time by:
Removing the connection within the Service (e.g., deleting the OAuth credential in n8n), and/or
Revoking the app’s access in your Pinterest account settings (if available)
After revocation, we can no longer act on your behalf. We will delete or invalidate tokens within 7 days.
11. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:
Access controls (need-to-know)
Secure storage for secrets/tokens where possible
Monitoring and logging for incident detection
No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to individuals’ rights and freedoms, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.

We use only functional cookies necessary for the website and/or Service to work.
